Frequently Asked

Everything before your first box.

How fresh is “fresh”?

We deliver within 48 hours of harvest. Most supermarket “fresh” produce is 5–10 days old by the time you buy it.

Can I change my box after ordering?

Yes — log into your account before the cut-off time (Monday 7 PM for Tuesday delivery). Swap any item, add extras, or pause a week.

What if I don’t like something in my box?

Every box includes a “swap list” — before cut-off, you can substitute up to 3 items. If something arrives damaged, we refund or replace it instantly via app.

Do you use plastic?

Minimally. We use compostable cellulose bags for loose greens. Eggs come in recycled pulp cartons. You can return our cooler bags to the driver.

How does your batch-delivery model work?

We combine neighbourhood orders into consolidated batch routes — that’s how we eliminate retail markups and keep delivery affordable. Pre-orders close at 7 PM the night before, giving our farmers exact demand forecasts so every item has a home.

What are your farmer payment terms?

We guarantee payment within 48 hours of harvest — radically faster than the 30–90 day terms typical in grocery supply chains. This gives small-scale farmers predictable cash flow to reinvest in their land.
